This workshop will help to reduce pain, improve athletic performance, and align the body from the foundation upward. It will empower you to heal foot problems such as Plantar Fasciitis, Bunions, and Achilles tendonitis. This technique also releases tight hips, improves flexibility, lengthens the muscles, and reduces ankle, knee, and hip pain.
This workshop uses various sizes of spheres with a specialized routine that includes weight-bearing stretches and yoga postures to help restore healthy foot function and open the hips.
